The MIA station received MDAD's first LEED Gold Certification. Ir addition, this project achieved VP Star Status - OSHA's highest safety recognition. The project was completed on schedule and $5 million below budget. Scope of services included the complete design, permitting, construction, quality control, MOT coordination of the project with concurrent airport operations.
